Analyst

Job Description

  • Conduct financial analysis of companies and industry sectors
  • Prepare transaction documents (company profiles, information memoranda, etc.)
  • Build valuation and financial planning models
  • Support the negotiation of transaction documentation
  • Participate actively in client meetings and assist in executing advisory mandates in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, and public market entries (e.g., the START market)
  • Contribute to the active identification of new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor’s or master’s program
  • Previous experience in investment banking, management consulting, or audit is an advantage
  • Responsibility, independence, and initiative
  • Strong analytical and quantitative thinking — advanced knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
  • General understanding of financial statements and accounting fundamentals
  • Native-level proficiency in Czech
  • English knowledge enabling professional work (C1 level)
